Attention Racers ~
Here are a few rules to keep in mind before registering for the race and while near or on the course! Feel free to get clarification from the officials or your race directors if you are unsure what to do.
Daily Registration ~
- All racers must sign in each morning. Registration is normally 7:30 - 8:30. During registration, sign off next to your name on the race sheets and complete a waiver for the ski resort.
Course Preview -
- Your race bib must be clearly visible. This means on the outside of your jacket.
- Slip the course - When it's time to look at your course, you may not ski the course. You can not connect turns. You may side slide or take one turn and stop, take another turn and stop. Your turns can not shadow the course or be the same as those on the race course.
- Do not ski between the gates. You must remain on the outside left or right of the gates.
- Do not cross the finish line - When previewing the course, do not cross the finish line. Exit the course to the left or right before the finish line.
- The race course remains closed to any skiing, even after your division has raced. The only time we can ski the area, is after all races, for the day, are complete and the race course has been taken down.
